On November 3, the Chinese Embassy in Botswana donated a batch of books and maps of China to Maru-a-Pula School.

Counsellor Cui Yin, spouse of the Chinese Ambassador attended the donation ceremony and delivered remarks. She noted that China is the birthplace of papermaking and printing，with a civilization spanning more than 5,000 years. She expressed the hope that more young people in Botswana will gain a better understanding of China through reading.
