Visa applications are accepted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00–11:30 a.m. (excluding public holidays).

Regular service: 4–5 working days

Urgent service: 3 working days

Extra urgent service: 1 working day

Fees for Botswana citizens:

Single entry: 400 Pula

Double entry: 600 Pula

Multiple entry: 1,200 Pula

Urgent service: an additional 310 Pula per application

Extra urgent service: an additional 460 Pula per application

1．The processing times stated above apply under normal circumstances. Some applications may require a longer processing period. In such cases, applicants are requested to wait patiently for notification from the embassy.

2. In accordance with the principle of reciprocity, the visa fees for citizens of third countries applying for a Chinese visa may differ. Please follow the explanation and requirements provided by the embassy.
